How can I request help?

You will need to create an account and then fill in the request form.

Volunteers within your area will offer their help. You will have to accept the offer before you can contact the volunteer. You can then make arrangements with the volunteer directly.

How much does it cost?

Services provided by volunteers are free. This includes products or medication delivery for free. However, you will have to pay for the products yourself.

In the future, some professional will be able to offer their services. In that case, you may have to pay extra fees for the service.

Registering and using the platform is completely free.

How can I refund the volunteer?

The platform doesn’t allow to pay online. You may use other online services, bank transfer, or cash. It is up to you and the volunteer.

Who are the volunteers?

These are individuals who give their time to help you. Professionals are prohibited on the platform for the moment.

How can I find volunteers?

Are there restrictions for using the service?

Yes. For now, the service is only open to individuals over 18 years of age. Companies are not allowed to register.

For individuals, the service is open to everyone over the age of 18.

However, the platform was created to benefit those who are at high risk when they go out: people over 70, people who are frail, disabled or suffering from chronic diseases. If you are healthy and fit, please consider using other local services or become a volunteer.

Can I request help for someone else?

At the moment, you cannot. This feature is coming soon…

What do you do with my personal data?

When you register, we collect:

  • your email (required)
  • your address (required)
  • your name (optional)
  • your phone (optional)

We use your email to notify you when a volunteer offers help, or for other information important to the run the service.

We use your address to find volunteers near you.

Finally, we pass on your personal data to volunteers you agreed to get help from. Once the help has been provided, your data is no longer visible to the volunteer (remember to let us know!).

Your data is never, never transmitted to other third parties, and will never be sold.

What happens in the event of a problem or dispute?

We decline all responsibility in the event of a problem or dispute. Today it is impossible for us to control the identity of all our users.

However, if there is a problem, you can contact us and we will help you resolve it as much as possible. In particular, we can exclude from the platform anyone who does not comply with the terms of service.

How can I become a volunteer?

You will need to create an account and then search for help seekers within your area.

When you find someone you can help, you can make an offer. The help seeker will need to accept the offer before you can contact her. You will have to make arrangements with the help seeker directly.

Are there restrictions for being a volunteer?

To be a volunteer, you must be healthy, and be between 18 and 60 years old, and not be among those at risk.

When becoming a volunteer, you agree with the terms of service. In particular, you commit to respect protective measures and laws recommended by your governement. You also commit to stop volunteering if you get covid symptoms or any other unhealthy conditions.

If you can, we recommend that you wear a mask and gloves when delivering the products.

Do I get paid?

No. The service you provide must be free of charge. However, when you buy products for someone else, you will get a refund by the help seeker. Make sure you both agree on payment mean before buying anything.

How can I find people to help?

Once signed in, you can search for help seekers within your area.

What do you do with my personal data?
